We are selling our Fleetwood Pace Arrow 38 ft motorhome. 86,092 miles, 454 Chevy, runs good, professionally painted about 7 yrs ago for 6k., 8 brand new tires at $300 a tire, sleeps 6, built in Onan generator, 2nd owner, full bathroom, stove, fridge , microwave, flat screen tv with built in dvd, all in good working condition. Now that kids are grown and we have only used it 3 times in last 3 years we are looking to down size. Would consider partial trade for smaller camper or popup. Rv is set up to view in Girard, OH. As far what is wrong with it as far as I know, front ac unit needs parts, rear air is fine, power steps motor died, I drilled and pinned it for manual use, body has some waves in fiberglass and a few cracks but still looks really good for its age.
