Beautiful Fleetwood Niagara pop up camping trailer. This has been a wonderful camper for our family. Pulls easy, and has electric brakes so you don"t need a monster to pull it, but opens out to the size of a full size trailer!. Three slide outs with two KING size beds. Yes King size. we have slept two adults and two small children on one bed. Dining area also on a slide out and converts to bed also. Trailer is in very good condition with some small details. someone slid in the mud and bumped their car up against the trailer on one corner. I straightened as best I could and sealed it. We have never had any leaks or water damage. Awning bag is torn on one end. we just had the bag resewn for the mounting strip but because of the tear on one end we set the awing on top of the trailer when towing. RV dealer said it needed a new anode for the water heater but we never had an issue. I think they just wanted $275 for a $27 anode. . Great air conditioner and on cooler nights open up curtains to let in tons of fresh air and sleep with the breeze. Hard sided shower is awesome. flushable commode. lots of life left on the tires and has full size spare. Set up is easy and fast. By myself I can have it ready in 30 min. lots of youtube videos to get an idea on setup. Great camper for short weekend getaways or a cross country trip. I will deliver for fee, based on mileage. basically to cover fuel. Microwave, 13,000 btu ac. and propane heater. dual propane tanks included. outside shower. Double stainless sink for washing and food prep. Cook top stove AND an oven! some big trailers don"t come with an oven. . Stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers
