The chassis is a Workhorse with a GM 8.1L Vortec V8 Gas Engine with Allison Automatic Transmission. The generator is an Onan Marquis Gold 5500 with 272 hours that runs excellent. The wheels are 19.5" with chrome simulators and tires in the rear from 2011 and fronts from 2010 with good sidewalls and tread. It has an A&E main awning and slide topper awnings- slide topper awnings have some tears in the material. The exterior is white with lower brown paint and nice condition decals. The interior has beige color flexsteel front seats and tan carpeting, 4 dfront cup holders, wrap around windshield curtain, tilt, cruise, A/C, power heated mirrors, cd/cassette stereo. Panasonic front TV with a DVD/VHS player, electric brake control. The living room has a jack knife cloth sofa bed, valances, with day/night shades, dinette booth. The kitchen has vinyl flooring, countertop with sink, samsung microwave, 3 burner stove/oven combo, wallpaper border, glass protector for cooking, wall mirror, tank monitors, fantastic fan and Dometic refrigerator. It has a good size kitchen closet with shelves and lower drawers. There is a sliding door to the bathroom. The bathroom has the main bath area with sink vanity with mirror cabinet and a neo-angle shower with skylight. This unit has electronic climate control for both A/Cs. The exterior has some clear coat flaking and fading on the front nose, upper top sides and has one small crack on the drivers rear bumper corner.
