Up for auction is a 2002 Fleetwood American Dream 40ft Diesel Pusher with 2 Slide Outs. This coach was just driven here from Florida a few days ago. It has Full Body Paint, Blue with Gold and Gray Striping, front clear bug deflector, Alcoa 22.5" Alcoa Wheels with Michelin tires from 2012, carefree power awning, 10 gallon water heater, basement pass thru storage with slide out tray, tire covers, Blue Ox Tow Bar, rear ladder and ABS. The engine is a Cummins ISL 370HP with an Allison push button Automatic Transmission and the coach is on a Spartan Chassis . It comes with the owners manuals. It has 7 awnings total we are putting 2 new slide topper awnings on it and it has the main awning and 4 other window awnings. The paint and body are in good shape overall. It runs and drives great and has plenty of power, the driver stated that it glides along very nicely. The generator is an Onan Quiet Diesel with 2847 hours and slides out in the front compartment. The interior has the power step cover, dual tan leather wide front seats dual power with American Dream stitching logo. It has the custom flatscreen front TV with dvd player, tilt tele wheel and smart wheel, power heated mirrors, power drivers window, front shades and drivers side shade, overhead tv selector box and 6 disc changer, satellite dome and control box. This has air brakes, air horn, does not have a front wrap around curtain but has the track for it. It has sony surround sound with sub and living room speakers. The living room has the tan leather jack knife sofa bed with speakers, tan leather love seat, ceiling wood trim with mirror tint and slot vents for A/C ducting with trim lights. It has the full length wall mirror and dinette with with leaf and 2 full chairs with 2 in the rear closet that fold for the dinette. The refrigerator is a dual door Norcold. This has the countertop with sink and sink covers, 3 burner stove with oven(miss front stove cover but has rear), back splash, valances with day/night shades(some stains on valances), GE Profile spacemaker oven with corian counter. The climate control is coleman mach digital climate control. There is a slide out pantry before entry to the bathroom area. The door is a bi-fold wood door to access the bathroom. The bathroom has the neo-angle shower with skylight and seat, vanity with solid top and sink and mirror cabinet with makeup lights. The bathroom toilet room has a full wood door with the porcelain toilet wood valance and window with shade, fantastic fan and cabinet above, also has a grab handle mounted to the wall. The closet in the bath area has a Splendide 2000S Washer/Dryer combo and shelf above for storage. The bedroom has the sliding wood solid door from the bathroom. Bed room bed slide out area with mattress comforter and pillows. It has dual night stands, dual wall lamps and reading lights also has a bureau and corner TV cabinet for TV, mirror closet dual doors, multiple power outlets and cedar closet. The interior is nice, has average wear from over the years as every motorhome gets. This is an expensive unit when new MSRP is over $286,000 without adding for any additional options after. Book value now is still over $52,000 average. Exterior side are straight, there is a small crack at the front corner fiberglass drivers side edge, has normal average wear and use as almost every unit this age does. Interior carpeting is good and seats are in good shape overall, wallpaper has some minor cracking but ceiling walls and floors are all solid. Tires are in good shape and ready for a long trip.
