I have for sale a very lightly used fifth wheel toy hauler. I have only used it probably less than 10 times since new. There are a few knicks and scrapes on the garage floor. I hauled my scooters and motorcycle in it. The tires are in great shape with plenty of life left. It has always been stored indoors when not in use. Always winterized. Everything works as it should. I have never used the oven. That being said here are the details. It is a 421ck 2018 keystone raptor. It has outdoor speakers, outdoor tv, outdoor grill top, outdoor kitchen area, 3 electric awnings. I installed awning toppers so you never have to get up on top to sweep off the slides. All the seals are in great shape on the slides. It has a washer and dryer hookup in the bedroom on top of the fifth wheel. Flooring, appliances, everything still in new condition. The fridge is a large residential style four door with plenty of space. The plastic from being new is still on the couches and recliners for protection. The roof was resealed last year. The power supply has always had a surge protector on it. Has a central vacuum system. Heated and "massage" chairs in the living area. Has a furnace for heat that does more than a fine job. Hardly ever used it though because the fire place puts out enough heat to comfortably heat the entire trailer. Has three air conditioners but we only ever used the one in the living area which was more than sufficient. The gas tanks have an automatic switchover on them. They are 30#. Tv in the garage, bedroom, living room and outside. This trailer will be a steal for anyone interested in it. I know im going to take a loss on it but im just trying to get out from under it while its only a couple years old. Due to family issues this trailer has got to move.
