Up for auction is this 2011 Ferrari 458 Challenge race car. This car is 1 of 1. .the only Ferrari Challenge car in history to win a North American & World Championship in the same season! A great investment for the collector, as well a fun toy for the enthusiast. The car was driven in the 2017 season by driver Joe Rubbo, of the Ferrari Long Island Race Team. During that season, the car won (7) pole positions, (5) 1st place wins, (3) 2nd place wins and 7 fastest race laps, clinching the North American and World Championship in Mugello Italy.
The car has been meticulously maintained by the Ferrari Long Island Race Team, and is free from any tub damage. The car recently received a full engine and gearbox service, cosmetic paint job, and is available with its 2017 championship livery decals for an additional cost. Current Kilometers on engine is 10,933, with front brake rotor wear at 69%, and rear at 26%. The gearbox was recently replaced before its last race at World Finals.
