2008 EZGO TXT Custom Golf Cart. Condition is Used. 2008 Custom EZ-GO 48 volt Golf Cart. Upgrades include;
-Alltrax 500 amp controller. -HD solenoid/fuses/2 gauge cables throughout. -Advanced high speed motor. DV1-4001. -ProSeries Custom Cart overhead stereo. -Professionally installed stereo system. 2-Cerwin Vega amps. 4-marine grade Cerwin Vega speakers. 1-10” boxed subwoofer. -14”HD rims and 26” atv tires. -LED underbody lighting kit. Lights go to the music. Speakers light ups also. -Custom HD beefed up leaf spring kit. -2" wheel spacers on all tires. -Trojan batteries are one year old. -Mud flares. -Rear drink holders. -Seat belts. -New brakes and cables. -9” Jakes lift kit.
This cart will do in excess of 36+ mph with the high speed engine. I sent it back to empinc.biz and had them turn it down to 25-26mph because I didn’t want my daughters going that fast on it. You can mail the engine it back to them and they can turn it back up if you would want to go faster. The Alltrax 500 amp controller makes sure the cart doesn’t slow down when you go up hills. The controller is programmable by plugging it into any laptop. I have it turned up to max the torque settings, which makes the cart very powerful. The only issue I would fix if I were to upgrade it anymore would be to add hydraulic brakes which are around $600. When I put the 26” tires on, the cart just doesn’t stop like it used too. You could put the standard lifted 23” tires back on it and it would be fine. Or just upgrade the brakes.
I have over 11k invested in this cart (that"s with me doing all the work). The sound system alone is amazing! It"s the hit at every party. We"ve run it all night and still a full charge on the battery. The police usually end up showing up when the bass is booming at midnight.
If you type in Alltrax 500 amp controller on YouTube you will see this cart does wheelies. That was before we added larger tires, etc.
