OVERALL BODY IS IN GOOD SHAPE WITH A FEW SCUFFS AND SCRAPES SOME TAPE AROUND A FEW OUTSIDE WINDOWS AND FURNACE. INTERIOR HAS BEEN PAINTED WHITE ON WALLS AND MOST TRIM. Exterior decals are good has the outside shower, interior simulated wood floor goof countertop sink, 3 burner stove/oven, power slide out works in and out, has the microwave and refrigerator, simulated back splash, dinette booth style will need to be put back together or removed if not able, no sofa. Bedroom master front bed has no mattress custom built bed frame and dual entrances to bedroom. Living room has the flatscreen TV and stereo. The bathroom has the full door, toilet, shower, vanity and cabinet- missing some cabinet doors. Back bunk room has left side wood built bunk and is also painted white. This is a light weight trailer with a dry weight of 5,811 lbs and GVW is 7,395 lbs.
