Rolltechs Specialty Vehicles, LLC Warranty Policy Rolltechs Specialty Vehicles (RSV) warrants that at the time of delivery and thereafter, all vehicles, with the exception of van style chassis¹, shall be warranted against structural defects in material and workmanship of the Rolltech built housing for a period of (3) three years from the date of delivery. All other items are warranted for a period of one (1) year for parts and labor. Products delivered under the order will conform to applicable drawings and specifications and will be free of defects in material and workmanship Electronic and electro mechanical parts deemed to be defective in material and/or workmanship returned to ROLLTECHS SPECIALTY VEHICLES will be repaired or replaced at the option of ROLLTECHS SPECIALTY VEHICLES and returned to the BUYER. Parts returned to ROLLTECHS SPECIALTY VEHICLES must be shipped prepaid. Items shipped freight collect shall be refused at the dock. Charges for incoming and return vehicle shipping, transportation, taxes, in-bond brokerage fees and/or import duties shall be the sole responsibility of the BUYER.
This warranty does not extend to any ROLLTECHS SPECIALTY VEHICLES products which have been subjected to misuse, abuse, accident or improper installation, maintenance or application, nor does it extend to products which have been repaired or altered outside the ROLLTECHS SPECIALTY VEHICLES plant unless authorized in writing by ROLLTECHS SPECIALTY VEHICLES or unless such installation, repair or alteration is performed by ROLLTECHS SPECIALTY VEHICLES. Consequential damages either actual or implied resulting from the owner’s inability to use this vehicle for particular projects or contracts is not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not extend to any labor charges for the removal and/or replacement of any defective product or part thereof, nor does it extend to parts of components which are not manufactured by ROLLTECHS SPECIALTY VEHICLES, such as, without limitation, solid state devices, CPU’s, electron tubes, cable, monitors, switching equipment, batteries; such parts or components are covered by the warranties of their respective manufacturers.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY ACCEPTED BY THE BUYER IN LIEU OF ANY OR ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATION, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND OF ALL DUTIES OR LIABILITIES OF ROLLTECHS SPECIALTY VEHICLES TO THE BUYER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE GOODS, AND NO AGREEMENT OR UNDERSTANDING VARYING OR EXTENDING THIS WARRANTY WILL BE BINDING UPON ROLLTECHS SPECIALTY VEHICLES UNLESS IN WRITING, SIGNED BY A DULY AUTHORIZED OFFICER OF ROLLTECHS SPECIALTY VEHICLES.
