Unit has 3 rooftop Airxcel 9000 series HVAC units for all weather comfort, 2 electric 12" awnings working great, huge AMS inverter, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, 220v 50amp shore power, wired for generator, Has 6 newer Yokohama tires with only 3,000 miles and 2 new 8D gel batteries. Total miles 329,636 fleet maintained and starts in any condition. Runs and drives excellent ready to go anywhere! Has a rear view camera and a working wheel chair ramp also.
