Up for auction is a Clean 2010 Dutchmen Lite 30ft Travel Trailer with a power slide out and rear bunk house. This trailer was just traded in for a later model. This is a nice condition trailer inside and out, it is a white with gray bottom and tan and blue striping, has the power awning, outside speakers and power outlets, dual axle with white rims and spare wheel and tire. It has the front pass thru storage and is 30 amp service with twist on cord. The interior has vinyl flooring tile pattern, front master bedroom with dual entrances with accordion doors. It has the bed with mattress, headboard and 2 bedroom windows, also has dual night stands and dual closets and upper storage cabinets. The TV has a swivel mount with a mirror on the opposite side so it can be used in the bedroom and living room. The living room has the jack knife tan cloth sofa, dinette booth with pattern cushions that match the valances, the valances also have pull shades. The kitchen has the countertop with sink, wallpaper border, 3 burner stove/oven vent system and microwave, refrigerator and dual pantry closets. The stereo is a Jensen MP3/DVD/CD with aux. The bunk room has a privacy curtain and lower larger mattress and upper mattress with window and a storage cabinet. The bathroom has a full door, toilet, shower with skylight and shower curtain and vanity with mirror cabinet with shelf, also has the roof vent and fan. Very well kept. Dry weight: 5,368 lbs.
