1976 Dodge Executive Motorhome 97K miles on Dodge 440 Was running strong but recently would not start Tires have very low miles but sitting for 7 years Needs smog currently non op (not registered) New electrical AC panel and wiring, hot water heater, struts, exhaust foldout couch and captains chairs in front good condition Fridge gets slightly cold on propane or power One of 2 ACs work both were rebuilt probably minor repair to get the 2nd one working Both heaters not working probably just needs new spark igniter Plumbing all good, regular flushing toilet, shower Roof has no leaks 99% of original hardware there for restoration Original cushions in very good shape Interior need cosmetics and window coverings Exterior has no dents or dings or rust but will need painting soon Counter tops and cupboards in good shape Generator has low hours but would not start. Clean title Should be towed do to registration, non start, tires. Would make great guest house or Vintage RV restoration
