diesel pusher class a 40 foot. Condition is Used. approx 20,000 miles This 40 foot coach is in excellent condition and the interior has been recently REMODELED. THE FOLLOWING IS ALL NEW This includes: Living Room- waterproof plank flooring, Blinds and Window Treatments, reupholstered dining booth, fireplace, Touchtone TV whisperkit with Samsung flat-screen 43" TV(hideaway) and gray leather double recliner Bedroom- headboard, king size mattress, carpet, blinds and window treatments, 32" flat-screen TV Bathroom Vinyl floor Outside- Hardwired Surge Guard RVPower Protection, Blue Ox Tow Bar, Tow Defender Screen to Protect tow and TireAir Pressure Minder. This Coach also includes Full Body Paint, Workhorse chassis, 8.3 Liter Cummins Motor, 6 speed AllisonTransmission, Onan Quiet Diesel Generator, Back up camera, anti-locking air braking system, auto-leveling jack system, electric steps, Dometic double door refrigerator, stove, microwave, hook up for washer/dryer, Corian kitchen top,and decorative crown ceiling molding We purchased from Karolina Koaches in March 2016, at this time we paid them to change all fluids and filters on the diesel motor and generator. They checked , rotated, and balanced tires. The tires are dated 2013. They also checked the air brake system and brakes.
In May we had the roof checked by pressuring the interior of the coach to check for potential leaks, this was performed by Louisville RV. They also checked and tested the propane tank and performed a fire safety inspection.
In April 2017 we had Dexters Auto and Truck Services replace 2 of the batteries, the other 2 existing batteries are prior to 3/31/16
In May 2017 We had Dexters check all the hoses, belts, tires and brakes.Everything checked out fine.
July 7, 2017 We replaced blower motor on roof A/C in the bedroom. We also replace exhaust elbow and tip.
Nov. 2017 We serviced the generator with oil change and new filter. Diesel motor also had oil change and new filter.
The unit when not in use has been stored under roof at a commercial storage facility. Must see to appreciate! ! Runs and drives perfect LOW MILES LOTS OF STORAGE PET AND SMOKE FREE
