It comes WINTERIZED, which means the insulation is much thicker and better than most trailers. Additionally, there is "antifreeze" that can be used throughout the pipes to prevent freezing. We have two infrared lamps that we turn on in cold weather that prevent pipe freezing, as well as insulated fresh-water line (which has NEVER frozen), and a newly installed and insulated sewer line.

WILL relocate trailer for the right buyer. WILL fix for the right buyer. Estimate to fix approximately $5000; if you do the work yourself, could be much less. It works & is liveable as-is.
