It has full body paint, Onan 8000 Quiet Diesel Generator with 1411 hours and runs great. The engine is a Cummins 340HP with an Allison push button Automatic transmission. The wheels are 22.5" with chrome simulators and tires from 2014. The exterior basement storage compartments for the pass thru storage open side to side. This has a power awning, slide out topper awnings, rear ladder with extension, inverter and ultra level leveling jacks. The cab has tan flexsteel leather seats and a tile flooring upon entry into the kitchen and bath with carpeting in the drivers and passengers areas. The drivers area has the Jensen JRV215 Screen for the camera and stereo with bluetooth and aux. It has A/C, exhaust brake, heated mirrors and side window curtains. The living room has the dual leather recliner sofa beds with center consoles that flip up and down. The TV is an ONN 43" 4K LED TV and has a lower electronic fireplace and upper cabinets. The countertop is Corian and has the extension and sink covers and stove covers for the 3 burner stove, also has a stainless dish washer, convection oven, fantastic fan and Norcold dual door refrigerator. The bathroom has a full door with mirror on inside of he door, porcelian toilet, sink, dual mirror cabinets with triple lights above, wallpaper border and towel holders. The shower is a neo-angle with skylight. The bedroom has tan carpeting, bed slide out(no mattress or comforter and shams), has the wood headboard and built in half night stands with recessed shelves, valances and day night shades on the bedside windows, bureau, corner TV, mirror sliding closet doors and Splendide washer/dryer combo. This has dual roof A/Cs with the bedroom having its own. This unit is priced thousands and thousands below average book value. Book value is $84,850 average. It has normal average wear and use from over the years, minor scuffs and scratches are to be expected this reflects extremely low price. The front clear diamond shield has some dirt under it on the front hood and some lower scuffs on the very bottom of the bumper. There are some scuffs inside on the simulated wood paneling and minor flaking in a few areas, drivers side small center window is fogged up.
