This travel trailer is a custom built microlight camping trailer. It was built on a used frame but the axle, hub, suspension and tires are new from Les Schwab. The body and everything else is new amd built from the frame up. The walls are insulated as well as the floor. The front has a large storage box with 12v battery stored inside. The camper is wired with 12v led lights inside and a high powered entry light on the outside. There is a 12v usb port on the rear kitchenette cabinet and inside there is a 1000/2000w inverter. The front of the trailer is full cabinet as shown with a drop down shelf for either TV or Computer or tablet etc. . The windows open either screen closed or open. The vent fan is a 12 exhaust fan that sucks out the air and pushes it out. The skin is a thin sheet steel skin that is factory painted. The skin is new but was shipped with some blemishes such as scratches. There are also a couple spots where i blemished it but scratching only. The trim is alluminum. The trailer is watersealed and great. Has 4 stablizing jacks for complete stability camping. Has led rear brake lights and side running/turn lights. Heavy frame and heavy 3500lb axel with heavy suspension will allow a heavy load and allow for rough terrain if need be. Has a large awning as shiwn as well as a removeable awning for the rear hatch that can fit a couple ways. The trailer has a heavy roof rack that will fit kayaks and bikes etc. . It also has welded fenders that are load bearing with foot holds on both sides for roof access. Its approximately 900lbs dry. Tows excellent and true. This camper was built with all new materials but the windows were from a manufacturers blemishes store. They jave small dings as shown and the screens have a small hole in each one. I will occasionally use reclaimed material just to keep waste down. The dream was to build this to be able to travel and stop anywhere on the road and avoid hotels. It has a full rear kitchenette. The simk is just the sink. No faucet and No water tank. No gas either. It isn"t titled or vinned but thats easy turough dmv. Please feel free to ask anything. Approx 4ft wide inside and 7ft long. I deeply take joy in creating one of a lind projects and this is one of them. Im a father and husband who is also in full time ministry and use this as a means to support ourselves on the road.
