This is my custom made trailer built by me for my own personal trailer out of the highest quality parts available. I planned on using it for lots of stuff but, life had different plans so a lot of work for someone else’s enjoyment. This trailer is for the person who wants the best from materials to design and construction. I have been in the trailer building industry starting in 1987, so I know a few things about them. I"m old school and did not cut corners on this little guy. Heavy aluminum diamond plate from Novels aluminum in Oswego NY. Starting at the hitch, it has an 1 7/8" ball lockable tongue hitch, round 5 pin plug, that can be changed if needed. A Black Tie swivel hitch is a luxury only the best trailers have. Most use a homemade version that’s light weight and small, this is a genuine black tie. They are the hands down best quality swivel hitch, no plastic or junk, all the best components. This assures that if the worst happens and the trailer rolls over it will not take your motorcycle with it and flip you, or bend your motorcycles frame. Nobody plans on the worst happening to them, but if it does, it’s too late to wish you had the best at the moment it happens, this trailer has the best. It has a cooler storage compartment that is exterior the trailer so you can access it with ease for beverages on the road. The design of a proper made trailer has width, weight and tongue length that are carefully configured (it does matter many are not optimum some are dangerous) and done right you have a tongue that’s long and a perfect place for the cooler. It has front/rear side marker lights LED. Aluminum fenders. All welded All-Aluminum Cargo Box that’s water tight, so no matter the weather you stuff will stay dry. This trailer had push to close latches that are the same quality that you find on fire truck compartment doors, only the absolute best! And both of the latches lock. Aluminum Frame Tongue & Chassis much lighter than other trailers on the market for the size. Aluminum folding tongue Stand. Welded Aluminum Construction It has two removable interior covers, you can place a spare tire (not included as you probably will never need one) in one of the compartments and cover it with a lid to separate it from the rest of the stuff you place in the trailer. Designed with an Overlapping Lid - This feature keeps water from inside the trailer & ensures dry luggage during travel. It has gas shocks to help hold the lid open. The box lid is solid and strong enough you could attach many things to it including a pet kennel for a dog if you wish and take your best friend for a ride that is comfortable and safe as can be. It has 500# torsion axles, with 5.30X12 six ply tires, inflate them with only 10 to 25 psi of pressure, and you can take this trailer and lift it over two feed and drop it and it will not bounce, not even close. This trailer was carefully designed not to bounce under any circumstance and it does not. Bouncing is a nightmare pulling a trailer with a motorcycle, you don’t want bounce. The sizes are…. Storage box length 53” width 28” heights 22” and total length is about 8 feet, height is 32.5 from ground and 42 inches wide outside tire to tire. IT CAN BE PULLED WITH ANY TOURING MOTORCYCLE or ANY HOT ROD, SPORTS CAR, SMALL VEHICLE OR TRUCK. IT GOES DOWN THE ROAD STRAIGHT AND TRUE WITH EASE. There is nothing to rot, no paint to chip(except the black tie hitch, that’s black), nothing to fade. Lights and tires are the only things you will ever have to replace (they are good now of course). This trailer will outlast you and your children! I"m not adverse to trailering it to meet someone, or helping out in the delivering it to you for a price but picking it up is of course best.
