This is a custom Competition Smoker cooking trailer. It can be used for cooking for large groups, Parties, catering, reunions, camping, deer lease, or start your roadside business.
This trailer is loaded and customized by me. Very nice heavy steel smoker with 6 smoking positions all with thermometers for perfect cooking temperatures. I have added a two basket deep fryer, a 4 burner grill, a 4 burner 36" Balckstone griddle. There is also a fresh water tank, sink, water pump, and gray water tank onboard this unit. There are two stainless steel prep tables and one that would also work as a serving table 36 x 72 that lifts up with tons of storage underneath. Also, two more storage boxes, one under the sink and a dry storage box. All storage areas are lockable with keys. All neatly mounted under a roof with retractable sides. This trailer sits on a 5500 lbs axle with new 225x75x15 10 ply tires. The trailer has been weighed, and as it sits, is just over 3600 lbs. Plenty of room to store wood, tables and chairs , charcoal, and plenty of meat and drinks in the two mounted ice chests up front. The trailer has an onboard 12 volt deep cycle battery that runs the electric tongue jack, and led lights for night time events.
