It has an Onan 5500 watt Gas Generator with 136 hours that runs great, rear fueling station and 12ft garage. Please read the full listing it will need a few things. The living room slide out is not working, the other 2 slide outs are working properly, it needs the new motors installed at each corner which we have and the gears and tracks lined up to go in and out properly, one of the small windows over the main entry door is broken and taped over with black tape and the water heater is missing. This is a wholesale price as the book value is over $26,000. The living room has a tan leather long sofa, Tv with stereo dvd system, subwoofer, kitchen island with sink, over island lights, dual kitchen sky lights, 3 burner stove/oven combo with vent system and microwave, Norcold refrigerator. It has overhead cabinets with tinted black fronts and a privacy door to the bathroom up stairs with etched glass center. You can also enter the hallway to the bathroom bedroom from the living room when that slide is opened. The bathroom has the porcelain toilet, sink and mirror cabinet, roof vent/fan and neo-angle shower with skylight, as mentioned also has the door to the hallway. The bedroom has the slide out closet area with mirror dual doors that open to a window, has the bed with mattress, comforter and upper cabinets, also has a flatscreen TV. The living room has the floor spots for the table legs and the table to be mounted. The garage has its own entrance and the rear ramp door with outside spot lights. The garage has the beds/sofa that are not hooked up. It has speakers, roof vent, windows and upper storage. It has the cables to level off the garage door as a deck platform, D-ring tie downs on the garage floor. It has some normal wear and use.
