THE FIRE DID NOT BURN THROUGH THE CEILING OR THE WALLS. THERE IS MINIMAL WIRING DAMAGE LIMITED TO THE SOLAR CONTROLLER AND SLIDEOUT SWITCHES THAT ARE NEXT TO IT. NO LARGE WIRING NIGHTMARES, SEVERAL LIGHTS WORK IN THE COACH. MUCH OF THE INTERIOR WOOD IS FINE, MUCH CAN BE REFINISHED. SEE PICTURES BELOW. THIS COACH RUNS AND DRIVES PERFECT. THIS COACH HAS A TEXAS CLEAR TITLE BRANDED REBUILT.* * You are bidding on a 2006 Country Coach Inspire 360 Davinci 40 (40 footer) with Triple slide outs, Full Body Paint, all on a heavy duty Dynomax Chassis, powered by the POWERFUL Caterpillar C9, 400 Horsepower, 6 Cylinder Turbo Diesel attached to a heavy duty Allison transmission. Complete with Cruise Control, chrome mirrors, leveling system, Air Horns, Aluminum Wheels, and an Onan 8000 watt Quiet Diesel Generator that runs perfect with just 654 hours! ! This coach runs and drives PERFECT! This coach has just 47,137 miles.
CONDITION : This coach had the solar controller catch on fire that is in a cabinet near the center of the coach. The slideout switches are next to this and also burned. Other than these few wires, the rest of the wiring in the coach appear fine. The heaviest fire/smoke damage is in this area in the center of the coach. Beyond this, most of the cherry cabinets looks great and are very usable. The soft ceiling material will need repaired throughout. There is not a large wiring nightmare like a large electrical panel, etc. Please see all detailed pictures below. This coach RUNS AND DRIVES perfect and can easily be driven to anywhere in the country! This coach is HIGH END and is really well built! ! As you enter the coach through the bus style entry door, you are at the dash area. The dash and front leather seats look like they would clean up and be ok. Overhead are some cabinets and a TV area. Behind the seats, on your left is a large slide out. It houses a large leather couch followed by the kitchen area. The solid surface countertops look fine. All the lower kitchen cabinetry look fine; the upper ones need refinished/cleaned. There is also a dishwasher in this area. Just past this is the four door norcold fridge, the doors have heat damage. Back to your right is another large slide out that houses a desk/workstation area followed by the free standing dinette area. The cabinets in this area and overhead look ok and just need cleaned up. Just past the dinette is the area where the fire stated and has the heaviest fire damage.
As you step into the middle of the coach, on your left is a private commode room with a sink. Back to your right is a large corner shower along with another vanity area (again all solid surface). The tile extends into this area! The lower cabinets look ok, but the upper cabinets have some heavy smoke damage.
As you step towards the back of the coach, on your right is another slide out that houses a queen sized bed! Back to your left has many cabinets/drawers and another TV area. Along the back of the coach is a large closet area and more cabinets. The lower cabients in this area was damaged by someone removing the washer/dryer combo unit.
This coach has lots of storage and cabinets throughout! It has double roof a/c units (we did not test, but they appear that they would be ok). The basement is HUGE with large doors! Country Coach makes an excellent coach; this coach is perfect for someone handy looking to save a bundle! This coach is as low mileage as they come!
This coach runs/drives PERFECT. This coach has TONS of storage and a very LARGE basement! The exterior of the coach looks great and shiny. There is no rust, overall this coach looks great considering its age. W e would rate the outside an easy 9 out of 10!
