This unit has 47,503 Miles. This was just driven here 400 Miles. The exterior has Full Body Paint, 22.5" Aluminum wheels with tires from 2015 all around. This has the slide out topper awnings that can be pulled out as window awnings, power Eclipse main patio one touch with rain sensor awning and power over entry doorway awning. Full pass thru basement storage with slide out tray. This has the luxury package with the power passengers footrest and dual power seats tan leather, home theatre with DVD and surround sound, tile entry landing and tilt kitchen and bathroom floor. The cab has the front windshield curtain and power dual front windshield shades, drivers side sun shade, panasonic CD stereo with ceiling speakers, tilt, cruise, A/C, camera, power heated mirrors, smart wheel, true air suspension and air brakes, 32" flatscreen Tv built in with 6 cd DVD and VHS system in side cabinet mounted nicely and in motion satellite. Also has the smart wheel steering wheel. The living room has tan carpeting(has one area at the edge with fading and was blended in and touched up see pics), microfiber sofa full pull out sofa bed and custom chair across with oval wood end table. There is a sliding wood solid door to the bathroom and has the hall shower with glass door and pattern insert in door with an inside shower curtain if needed and a skylight. The main bathroom has the full door with Dometic sea land porcelain toilet and a vanity with mirror cabinet and roof vent fan, also has a window. The bedroom has the full sliding door with tan carpeting, corner vanity with sink in the bedroom and has a cabinet, bureau with window above, Splendide 2000 Washer/dryer combo, bed with mattress, valances shades and mirror sliding closet doors. Interior is clean with only normal wear and use from over the years.
