Continental Cargo/Living Quarter Toy Hauler Trailer
Continental Cargo Living quarter trailer. This is a 40" Gooseneck trailer manufactured by Forest River in 2010. The front half of the trailer is a fully self-contained living area. It has a queen size bed in the gooseneck area and the dinette also folds down into a bed. The kitchen, dinette and bathroom make up the rest of the living area. The kitchen has a gas/electric refrigerator/freezer, a two-burner propane stove, a gas/electric water heater and a microwave oven. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and lavatory with medicine cabinet. The trailer has a 5.5KW Onan generator. The cargo area has an air conditioner and has 12-volt lighting and 120-volt florescent lighting as well as a 120-volt duplex receptacle. The ceiling height of the unit is basically 8 feet. Overall condition of the trailer is good with normal wear and tear from use. The gooseneck hitch requires a 2 5/16” ball.
Buyer must pay a $1,000 deposit within 24 hours of purchase via Paypal and pick the trailer up in Mobile, AL within seven days of initial purchase. Balance of payment due must be cash in full at the time of pickup. No checks drafts or money orders will be acceptable as payment.
