2010 Columbia Par Car. VIN # 5FCLS36B2A1000858. Electric. This is a street legal unit that is licensable. It has seat belts, turn signals, headlights, break lights, horn, etc. The amber lightbar works as well as the amber strobe on top. It appears to need two front tires as they are worn but not flat. There is some surface rust starting around the door as pictured. The doors are removable for summer use. Doors included. We just used this for a county fair security assignment for a week and it ran and drove. I do not have anymore specific information other than this.
