1982 Versa Trailer. Good condition with new tires, tongue jack, and spare. New LED lights that are soldered with additional ground wire.
A Versatrailer is great to tow behind a VW Westfalia bus or a small car. Great for camping.
The top shell is ABS plastic and is a bit brittle but functional. There are websites that explain how you can patch ABS using plastic resin beads and acetone. Or even melting spoons from Wendy’s in acetone.
These trailers are very hard to find. I purchased it in 2017 and restored it. We have used it fewer than a dozen times.
The GVWR is 1180 Lbs. Max load is 920 Lbs. Its curb weight is 260 Lbs. The lid is easily removed and the front of the tub folds flat just like the tailgate. It is designed that way so that a full sheet of plywood or sheet rock can be hauled in it.
