Coachmen Freelander 32BH Class C RV Motorhome 2011. See the video link below. Prefer you leave your phone # and I will call you. We can arrange to meet in a public location, preferably close to Troy, MI. Please don"t make offers by email. If online, it is still available. No financing. No rentals. Video walk-around: https:/ youtu.be/YA8GuQU1HXA Spotless, like-new shape with minimal mileage. Hard to find any RV motorhomes with such low mileage - only 22700. Especially note this low mileage when comparing to other similar models that may have a little lower price but MUCH higher mileage. Why spend $70K plus tax and exorbitant fees ($80K all in?) on a new 2019 Class C at a dealer when you can save OVER $30K on a lightly used one. The modern comforts haven"t changed much since 2011-12, so the interior/exterior features aren"t really different today in terms of aesthetics and quality. BH in 32BH stands for bunkhouse (bunk house), which are the 2 bunks in the slide out on the passenger side. Non-smokers. No pets. Extra Facts: I am the original owner. Purchased at dealer in Maryland in 2012. Ford E450 V10 regular gas engine. All tires were replaced in 2014 due to a free recall of the former model tires (now Michelin LTX M/S2). The RV has been used only sporadically since the new tires hence they appear like new. Brand new DieHard engine battery June 2019. Oil change June 2019. Gas tank 3/4 full. Propane tank 3/4 full. Generac brand generator with 66 hours of use (digital counter) that appears in like new condition. Brand new roof vent covers (4) installed June 2019. No ladder installed on back of RV (I use ladder at home). Will include: 4 bicycle rack shown in photos (if you want it); sewage equipment; hose and filter/pressure adapter; leveling blocks. Back hitch is heavy duty and can tow trailers, small car, motorcycle rack. Extra Facts: - Tasteful fabrics and flooring. See the brown leatherette cushioning on dinette and couch. Faux hardwood floors look much better than most RVs in the past 2-10 years (and easier to clean/better looking than tiles). Tasteful wood stain on all cabinets. Brown fabrics on the 2 slideout bunks and loft above driver. - Can sleep up 10 (if children): 2 on loft above driver; 2 on convertible couch; 2 on convertible dinette bed; 2 on master bed; 1 each on the two bunks. More realistically though would be max 7 for comfort (1 on couch; 1 on dinette bed; 1 in loft). - Built in seat belts on dinette seats and couch. - Bathroom shower stall is in like new condition. We rarely used it as we mostly used campground showers. (See photos) - Rotating TV that sits in loft above driver. Adjacent DVD player. - 2 additional mini TVs in each bunk in the slide out. Ability to install one in the master bedroom. - Digital "entertainment system" in Ford cab. - Rear view camera that can be left on while driving and also engages in reverse. - Roof antenna (with interior hand crank) dramatically improves digital channel TV reception and can be rotated. - Easy to access electrical breaker panel. Easy to replace individual fuses. - Digital panel that shows levels of battery, propane, fresh water, gray water, black water tanks (see photos). - Over-abundance of interior cabinet space. Plenty of space in the living room, kitchen, under the dinette seats, bathroom and master bedroom. - Note: The exterior storage compartments are relatively small in most Class C RVs because of the design. The largest is the one at the very back that stretches from side to side (see photos). Therefore extra large items will not likely fit and will have to be packed thoughtfully. - Note: If you don"t plan to use the beds in the slide out bunks, note that the space can also be converted to an additional massive storage section (as well as the loft above the driver). - See other facts and figures here: https:/ www.rvusa.com/rv-guide/2016-coachmen-freelander-class-c-floorplan-32bh-tr24643. Note says 2016 so could be slight differences. Less
