It has the awning, dual rear wheels 16" with good condition tires about 75% good tread left and the cab has gray cloth seats with black rubber floor. It has cruise, A/C, crank windows, 3 cup holders, dual airbags, CD stereo, tilt. The front overhead bunk is good and solid and has a mattress, windows with shades and a roof vent and privacy curtain. The living room has vinyl tile pattern entry with blue carpeting and vinyl tile pattern in the kitchen and bath. The living room has a sofa bed jack knife pattern with matching dinette booth with cup holders and drop down table for sleeping. The cabinets has the american flag etched into the glass above the bed, the dinette and the sofa. The kitchen has the 3 burner stove with lower white microwave and dual sink, vent system and dometic refrigerator. There is a roof vent in the front overhead bunk, kitchen and bedroom. The bedroom has a privacy curtain with bed and mattress with comforter and shams, pull shades with valances and cabinets. There is a closet and pantry closet with lower drawers next to the entrance to the bathroom. The bathroom has a full door with toilet, sink and mirror cabinet, roof vent and fan and shower with shower curtain. The exterior decals have some peeling and flaking cracking. There is a scuff on the top drivers side into the fiberglass outside wall that was repaired. The rear storage compartment is large and has the spare wheel and hooks to hang items needed. This is model: FR258DB. The generator is an Onan Micro Quiet 4000 with only 93 hours. Low Miles only 16k on it.
