This cart is a one-of-a-kind hand built to feature many of the 1947-53 Chevrolet Model 3100 pick up truck. It started with a Club Car DS frame (aluminum) and an "Old Truck" body kit. I bought it assembled and painted (see last picture). I removed the kit and cleaned the frame and suspension and repainted where necessary. I put the kit back on and began customizing everything. I hand built this cart to look like a 1947-53 pickup truck with the following modifications: Rounded hood. Five window cab. Sun visor. Running boards. Dash board including: Reproduction lockable push button glove box lid with keys Speaker grill with ash tray An authentic gauge cluster from a 1947 Chevy pickup Reproduction ignition switch and key set Reproduction cigarette lighter (used with USB adapter to charge and play cell phone, etc.) Installed an authentic floor shift that came out of a 1947 Chevy pickup that actually shifts to F-N-R. Polished aluminum bumpers. Faux chrome grill. Faux chrome accent strips on hood, sun visor Tail/brake/backup/turn signal lights and headlights. Rear view and side view mirrors. Green tinted windshields. All the pictures show how detailed this cart is but just aren"t the same as seeing it in person. Then I added all the following features. I converted it from a 36 volts system to a 48 volts system. New batteries and cables. New high speed, high torque electric motor. New controller. New solenoid. New resistor. New FNR adapter. New tires and wheels. New floor mat. New interior upholstering. New suede headliner. New dust cover. New light oak bed with chrome strips (really cool). New custom chrome tail pipes (through the body, really cool, too). New Chevrolet pick up key rings. And finally, a brand new $4,500 paint job. I have all the receipts for all of this. Folks, I have spent the last two years building this beautiful one-of-a-kind golf cart. You will be the envy in your neighborhood and golf course.
