Bought this a year ago from a reputable couple that referbishes trailers. My kids grew out of it faster than expected. Need the room in my driveway. Nothing has been used in a year. Fridge, Microwave and toilet has never been used. Everything should be working to the best of my knowledge. Door knob needs to be repaired or replaced.
