don"t mean to be insensitive but those of you hurt by the high cost of California housing can pick this up and live in the RV until you get back on your feet.
just park it at a f riends or relatives or even a Walmart!
the new tires and brakes pretty much guarantee you wont get a blowout or cant stop the vehicle for a while at least (couple years? )
