A/C in dash does not work. Cabin roof AC works excellent when hooked up to power or generator. There is a spot for a gas/propane generator on the side but this was removed before I became the owner. No portable generator included. Cranks and drives. Rear axel needs some maintenance as it is obvious when you start to move it after its left sitting for three months that you have to rock it in drive and then reverse 8 to 12 times to get the rear wheels to move. Then you will feel a little bump as you are driving on the rotations until the grease gets loose and it gradually goes away. Thats what the last owner told me so it has not been checked out by a mechanic professional. Just drove 4 times a year to park and fish within 10 to 50 miles, Fridge, Stove, shower, water tank, propane tank, toilet, bed, table microwave, mounted flat screen tv, dish network travel unit and all the accompanied decor and basic camp cooking accessories pictured. I purchased this1983 chevy fleetwood Tioga C class RV in 2018 from a private seller in Georgia. He and his wife lived in it for a year as a residence and remodeled the interior as pictured with the custom fold over wood in the passenger seat location. This folds over the driver seat and his wife used it as a bed location when adding a futon mattress on top. (futon mattress not included)The over the cab bed area was used for storage. I have the passenger seat to include in case you convert it back. I painted the outside in June 2018 to the crazy bright blue and sealed the roof with Black Jack white for RV roofs. The roof has signs of needing resealed again and there was a drip leak found around the AC roof unit when I had parked it on an incline for a month which does need roof maintenance seal. I moved it to a level spot and put down puppy pads and have seen no new moisture after rains. I have used the RV no more than 4 times each year since 2018 for 3 day fishing trips to Alabama lakes and rivers. The RV is old and I never drove more than a distance of 50 miles one way in warm or hot weather conditions to fish and stay a few nights. AS IS in my opinion it would be good for hunting fishing camp short trips but I would not drive it cross country without doing a full remodel and maintenance project. I primarily drove it to a lake on my farm 25 miles away and then plugged the farm gasoline generator into the side so I could use the air conditioning and fridge. I would take it some to Guntersville Lake and stay at the lot. I never used the propane furnace or stove so they have not been fired up since 2018. I would recommend an inspection of all gas lines before using them due to the age of the vehicle and I can not say as to any maintenance needed or there operable condition but they were used daily for a year with the past owner. This RV is over 35 years old (now its 39 years old) so it no longer requires a title to change ownership and be lawfully registered for tags. It is currently registered in the state of alabama and previosly in Georgia. Most states require you to drive the RV to your local county sheriffs office for inspection with your new bill of sale to verify the vehicle exist and a deputy will sign the inspection form that you obtain from your county motor vehicle tag department. Check with your state before purchasing or bidding on the correct procedures of your local area as this sale is in Alabama and i can only speak to these law requirements for here.
