Video link click above. * ignore price mentioned in video 1) The Generator, slide, air conditioner, shower, hot water heater, heat, stove, refrigerator, plumbing, all critical components of the home are in full operational condition. 2) The awning extends and retracts with ease and is not torn. 3) Cabin A/C is charged and freezing cold, blower motor and resistor are new. 4) Everything functions on the chassis part of the vehicle. 5) Tires are new. Batteries are new. I replaced the front hub/rotors, pads, wheel bearings and calipers. All fresh. 6) Undercarriage is solid front to back. This vehicle spent most of its life in Florida, then it ended up in Connecticut/Rhode Island according to a Carfax report. There is some old water damage on the ceiling above the sofa as well as the drivers side upper window shown in video. Personally I would get a gallon of Flex Seal and a roller brush seal the roof and be done with it. If you wanted it repaired at a shop I guess that would be up to you. Fair that I disclose the issue in my ad. Video and photos are from Saturday 8/24/2019 The motorhome is currently stored at a campground in Jennings, Florida. I-75 Exit 367 Just south of Valdosta, Georgia. Vehicle is sold "AS IS" with no warranty given by the seller. bring your own plates and drive it away. This is a pretty nice coach people and winter is around the corner I don"t think you"ll get one much cheaper than this that is fully operational and Road ready. Upon sale and receipt of deposit I will fly down and meet you to finish the transaction.
