Illness forces us to sell our home on wheels at below NADA. This Ford V-10 engine has only 25,000 miles on it and should last to 250,000 miles. Tires replaced with top quality Michelins with only 10,000 miles on them. Sleeps four adults and two children. Heat, air conditioning, plumbing all works. Ample storage compartments. Paint and interior showing some signs of wear. One lower compartment door has been replaced with plexiglass. See photo. Skylight and part of the roof have been replaced. Similar Class C vehicles on selling for much more. Stored under roof 8 miles off I-40 at the exit 126, midway between Nashville and Jackson. The rear six feet of the roof leaked and has been replaced. The sun roof fan motor isn"t working. The shower skylight was replaced. The outside storage door (see photo) was damaged and rather than replacing with factory I had a plexiglass door made. The leather seats are showing wear and cracking. I have them covered with cloth seat covers. The generator uses gas from the main tank with an automatic cutoff if the fuel is less than 1/8 th tank. It has only 352 hours on it.
