Vehicle description

Like new 2014 Forest River Georgetown XL with only 16k miles on it. Truly like new. If you want to use it to work from as a mobile office it is perfect. Great work area wired for a computer and it is elegant enough to entertain any client, customer or prospect. Notice the cool red desk to work at and the chair. It is an antique turn of the century mahogany desk chair made by Marshall Field for the Bank of London. Super comfy and a great conversation piece.
Or, if you are looking to downsize and be on the move. .it is fantastic and the Red Desk is perfect for keeping your life organized on the road.
Bought it to live in for a job that told me I would be travelling 80% of the time. .it was a lie!
4 HD TV"s including one outside under the automatic full canopy to enjoy the outdoors. One above the driver area, one over the fully functional fireplace that not only provides specific heat to take it easy and not waste energy using the furnaces and it looks warm and inviting. Fourth one is wall mounted in the bedroom.
Full Bluetooth entertainment system makes you feel like you are in the coolest nightclub in town. .whatever town you are in.
Expanding sectional by the fireplace also super comfortable and you will find it hard not to doze off watching tv.
Inside? Gourmet kitchen with full size residential refrigerator. Rare and hard to find tile floor. U Shaped dinette that converts to a bed.
Designer bathroom with elegant fixtures and great shower. Great hot water heater so you will not run out of hot water!
Moving into the bedroom. .full queen size bed, loads of storage and added a never used washer and dryer.
Self leveling jack system. 5000 generator makes this rig fully capable of going totally off the grid in style. The Zombie apocalypse will be no problem.
Zoned Heat/Air so you can be more than comfortable and not waste energy. I slept in it one night drivign home from picking it up. Slept in a rest stop and it was 30 degrees. Bed was super comfortable and I did not need any heat at all. My one blanket/comforter was more than enough.
I am thinking of renting it out because I love it and want to have the option of using it but selling seems more practical. I hate being practical!
This rig is a solid, beautiful runner that will allow you to live in style and on the go.
It has some memberships like an campground pass that is transferrable and allows you to stay in any of parks in the system for FREE. Like I said, it really is like new.
Currently having it tuned up and gone over to see if anything needs attending to which I will take care of.
