Class A Fleetwood Bounder RV 1997 Low Miles. Condition is Used. Title in hand. Just sold at $7500. However, last buyer unable to complete transaction. Relisting.

If "buying" just to get my name, address, email, and phone - already out there due to various well know hacks. I use password generator so I don"t even know my passwords! Hopefully these statements will lead to only interested buyers IRL.
DELIVERY POSSIBLE BUT NOT DESIRED. GAS PLUS $300-500 with offline ESCROW or PAID in advance (as-is; where-is sale).
Answers to prior listing questions: Location - At RV storage in Middleburg, Florida. Available for viewing by appointment. Is it drivable? Yes. Engine runs well. Rebuild transmission operates well. See additional details below. Is "distribution box" (I assume electrical box) working? Yes. Original working (minus relay). New one included as stand alone part. See details below. Can it be delivered? Mostly no. It depends. Possible at additional cost. Provide location and details. However, payment in advance required and sold as-is.

Front driver and passenger windshield replaced. Driver side replaced in 2020. Passenger side replaced in 2017.
Transmission rebuild December 2020!
Purchased in 2017 for RV trial. Owned three years. Used one year.
Approximately $20K invested with maintenance, service, and other repairs to ensure trouble free operation when used.
Priced with expectation of a few thousand dollars of fixes required but could be less - especially for DIY.
Comes with uninstalled replacement electrical distribution (bad relay; currently manually connect/disconnect Aux battery to main battery using one connection)
Batteries new as of 2017 but have let them discharge once or twice. Expect replacement though they hold charge when charged.
Nuisance drip-leak through rear AC (without cover). Small enough it doesn"t pool just annoying that it exists.
Will need to be investigated before use as drip leak is on center of bed. Mattress and bedding plastic covered prior to drip leak.
Roof seal seams completely sealed on purchase in 2017. Part of $5K of repairs post-pre-buy with known items. Replaced tires at that time due to age not miles.
Has had minor service and minor travel in last two years but mostly parked. Hence, sale.
Generator was not turning on last time I checked. May need service. Again, priced with expectation of a little TLC before full use.
Includes auto-leveler. Were working prior to transmission repair. Parking break signal is not latching to auto-leveler.
Two wood damage issues from past water leaks (prior to owning). One on rear wall - about 12". Not recent but should be repaired if spending much time in bedroom. One near driver window/windshield interface - probably from leaving window open. Again from prior ownership (pictures included).
Told rear sway bars need replacing.
Recently driven 1000 mile cross country prior to transmission replacement.
Engine light comes on 20-40 minutes into operation. Have not investigated. Maybe as simple as air filter or reset.
Propane partially full. Have not used in two seasons. Recommend system full inspection before re-use.
Couple fogged windows, including front driver and passenger side. May need replacement at some point.
RPM gauge not working. Aftermarket unit installed on purchase but also not working. Did not chase down. Probably a ground wire. Found I did not need it but I did not drive in significant mountain areas where it would be more likely useful. Key switch needs wire re-attached. Can turn on by key. Need to turn off by wire disconnect.
