This 40 foot coach is in excellent condition and the interior has been recently REMODELED. We purchased from Karolina Koaches in March 2016, at this time we paid them to change all fluids and filters on the diesel motor and generator. They checked , rotated, and balanced tires. The tires are dated 2013. They also checked the air brake system and brakes.
In May we hade the roof checked by pressuring the interior of the coach to check for potential leaks, this was performed by Louisville RV. They also checked and tested the propane tank and performed a fire safety inspection.
In April 2017 we had Dexters Auto and Truck Services replace 2 of the batteries, the other 2 existing batteries are prior to 3/31/16
In May 2017 We had Dexters check all the hoses, belts, tires and brakes. Everything checked out fine.
July 7, 2017 We replaced blower motor on roof A/C in the bedroom. We also replace exhaust elbow and tip.
Nov. 2017 We serviced the generator with oil change and new filter. Diesel motor also had oil change and new filter.
The unit when not in use has been stored under roof at a commercial storage facility.
