| “1987 Chevy C30 with small block 350 automatic transmission 71,000 miles 24' in good condition. AC compressor removed under the hood. Radiator and alternator replaced about 2 years ago, New belts and front passenger wheel bearings replaced, driver wheel bearings replaced soon. Tires are fair but it has been driven little in the past 2 years and might need some replaced. Overall mechanically sound and dependable but due to age some TLC is needed.Everything in chassis works other than the pilot light on the refrigerator doesn't ignight the has but 120v keeps freezer and refrigerator very cool. Has pergo wood flooring and interior was painted around 2 years ago. Needs some touch up (paint included). Dining table and seating have been converted into a temperpedic day bed and the table hardware is included” |
