I am the second owner and was purchased from the U.S military a few months ago. Truck has been sitting for several years but everything seems fine. Complete fuel system is new except the lines from tank to engine which are in good shape. New tank, pump, filters, throttle body with injectors, plugs, battery. Has the 5.7 liter gas engine with automatic transmission. Tires are about 60% tread remaining and are in decent condition with little cracking or rot. Truck comes with a military diesel air compressor and Honda generator as seen in photos. Cleanest frame and undercarriage you could find with absolutely no rust or issues.
