“1966 Cherokee 180 full IFR only 980 on the engine and 2980 total time on the air-frame. Compressions are all high 70's and is annual through March of 2020. Airplane is ADS-B certified and is full IFR with a IFR Garmin 155XL with a head, a King KX155 with LOC and G/S a Terra 360 with head, four way intercom with head sets and lots off extras like engine cover and oil heater, battery tender and tow bars. It's a 8 in and out, not perfect but nice. It has speed farings and is faster than most Cherokee 180's, I've had no issues with this plane, had excellent maintenance done to it and will deliver it for expenses. Now to the tire kicker lookers! If you can't afford it, PLEASE don't bid. For the brokers, NO I won't sell on assignment. I'm buying a twin and need to sell my plane first, that's why I'm selling it. I've the reserve set five thousand below what I have in it, I'm only doing that to close quickly on the twin. So here's a plane with plenty of go from short runways loaded.” |

Vehicle description
This is a 1966 Cherokee 180 with only 980 hours on the engine (overhauled) and 2980 total time on the plane. It"s full IFR with a Garmin 155XL GPS with a head, and a KIng KX155 with LOC/GS and a Terra 360 with head and Narco transponder, all certified IFR, four way intercom with head sets, night panel lighting, engine oil heater, and cold weather cover, aircraft has speed fairings and is faster that most 180"s. The paint and interior I would say is an 8, and is excellent on getting in and out of short runways on very hot days. I"ve had excellent maintenance performed on this plane with no detail over looked. It"s a really nice plane that"ll go quick and safe in IFR weather with a full load. It"s ADS-B compliant, and has a March 2020 annual due date, will sell with a fresh annual and delivered for those costs expenses. The only reason I"m selling it is because I have a deal pending on a twin, and I have to sell mine before I buy the twin. Please, no tire kickers and if you can"t afford it, don"t bid.
