Bought a year ago and sale to buy Pitts (trades are welcome).
Since bought I replaced ALL the interior, instruments, avionics, and wires (each of the electric wires was replaced in the airplane).
Engine is super strong and fast. Excellent compression, no leaks, no rust. Fast than any other 182 you will see in this price range (155 cursing. . )
Total time air-frame – 6786.1
Engine SMOH- 1211.6 ( mention it’s a Factory rebuilt)
Propeller 3 blades – 1160.9 SMOH
ALL LOGBOOKS SINCE LEFT THE FACTORY IN 1957!
