2006 Four Winds château model 31P motorhome. 30’6” long, no water leaks and no water leak history. It has not been smoked in and has no odors. When you buy from us you are not buying someone else’s headache. You are buying a peace of mind. Just think, if you buy one from a typical Dealer who just simply took a trade-in or bought it at the auction he does not know what he’s selling you and neither do you. But when you buy from us we’re going to certify the unit. What this means is we have gone through the RV from front to back. We have tested every single component from the kitchen To the rear axle. We service and test mechanical, electrical, plumbing roof, siding appliances furniture and everything else you can think of. We stand behind our work and guarantee it. If you have a problem with any modification or upgrade or service we have performed we will make it right.
The motorhome has a fiberglass exterior. It’s actually called Philon it’s a type of fiberglass composite. it has an aluminum superstructure with wood supports. The roof is 9 to 10 inches thick with insulation and Styrofoam as well as aluminum and metal and wood truss system. The roof is a PVC style rubber membrane. It is made of one piece rolled over the edge of the motorhome and fastened to the wall. If you notice the front of the motorhome looks shiny and new. That is because when we purchase this motorhome it had some damage from being near a structure fire. The front over head window was spiderweb crack from heat, the fiberglass in the area was cracked from the heat. The hood Paint was damaged an the windshield was damaged. We also replaced the grill, headlights and all of the front lights. When we removed the front fiberglass there was no water damage behind the fiberglass at all. So this means it had not been leaking even when most leek in this area. Since the angled window on the front of these motorhomes are known to cause a leak problems we removed it. When we custom fit the new fiberglass we left out the window. With framed up the interior with wood material. We then recover the entire interior front wall with new paneling and trim. Normally cost around $2000 to have the service performed. We do this as a part of a normal service on this type of motorhome. We then replaced all of the roof vents and installed a brand new satellite system that will work with dish network or DIRECTV as I understand it. With Service the entire roof with a new roof coating. We replaced all of the rubber trim. And then after we completed this we serviced all of the trim and exterior areas. We then move to the inside we tested and serviced all appliances. This means we pull them apart cleaned them and checked for problems certified to function properly. With a;sp did basic function test throughout the motorhome.
You will Notice the motorhome has a very nice looking interior. It has raised panel oak cabinet accents as well as the front of the refrigerator. The kitchen is spacious especially when you extend the slide out. The living area and kitchen are together in the great room. The overhead bed is very large and can sleep two or three people easily. The couch makes a bed for two people. The booth makes a bed for two people. There are seatbelts at the chair behind the passenger seat as well as three on the couch and on the booth as well. The shower Is a glass door style shower with a small step up. The toilet closet is very easy to use and the toilet sets up on a pedestal so you do not have to sit down low. It has a porcelain toilet. The master bedroom has a very nice memory foam 10 inch mattress. You can walk around three sides of the bed. There is a television mounted in the bedroom on a hanger and pedestal with a built-in DVD player. You will notice throughout the motorhome it has a vinyl style padded ceiling. You cannot find any water damage anywhere on the ceiling at all. The furniture upholstery looks good and shows no damage. It will have normal wear from use but nothing bad. The front captain seats are a very soft leather style material that look very nice and are very comfortable. The cockpit area has power windows, power locks, cruise control, tilt steering, pushbutton overdrive, trailer brake actuator, AM/FM CD cassette player, air conditioning, heat, power brakes, driver side sunvisor mounted back up monitor for the camera. We just installed a new windshield as well.
The carpet is original and in good condition. I would not say it looks brand new but it looks very good. The generator is Onan and 4000 W. Currently has 1466 hours. We are using this motorhome with our family at the moment so it may change a little. When you receive the motorhome it will have excellent tires, and no mechanical issues.
Please notice in the pictures there’s a brand new ladder installed on the rear and you will see it as a class four receiver hitch with hook up for lights for a tow car or a trailer. it’s not a new motorhome but it’s probably the best one you’ll find for the price.
Since we are a licensed, bonded and insured remanufacturing company you will receive a certified Arkansas remanufactured title. You will not receive a salvage title. You can license, insurance and own this motorhome in all 50 states with no problem .
