Beautiful, light-weight and OCD CLEAN 16" Casita Spirit Deluxe travel trailer being offered for sale with NO RESERVE! 1 Owner, garage kept (fits in a standard height garage!) and only used a handful of times by a couple in their 80"s, has only been here in AZ and a trip to CA. This little coach came standard with a lot of great features, and also has some nice upgrades as well:
Roof-mounted solar panels, Fiamma Awning Package, High Lift Axle, Electric Hitch Jack, 3-Way Refrigerator, 2- Burner LP-gas cooktop, Sharp Carousel Microwave with Toaster/convection option, Upgraded Suburban 6-gallon auto lite lp-gas hot water heater, etc. Factory electric brakes, welded stabilizer jacks, 2- piece custom marine grade fiberglass body, two 20-lbs gas bottles, LP tank cover, city water connection, 16 gallon fresh water tank, black and grey water storage tank, 110 volt exterior outlet, marine grade fiberglass furniture, indoor/outdoor carpeting, and much more. Dry Weight (Deluxe): 2185 pounds Tire Size: 205/75 R14 Sleeping Capacity: 2-6 people I usually only own/sell Airstreams, and am generally a bit leery of anything else because of the quality, but this little Casita impresses the heck out of me, this company has a great reputation and it"s easy to see why. The quality and craftsmanship of this coach are first rate, I love this thing and I"m an Airstream snob. The compact/easy-to-park size, multiple options for a tow vehicle, and being able to store it in a standard height garage would be very handy, and great for going to state parks and places you can"t get into with a larger rig, and you have everything you need to be comfortable. This little guy is SO well insulated, it cools down in record time, even in 115* AZ Summer heat, and a tiny space heater warms it up in minutes. Comes with factory books, manuals, AC remote, and is ready to hit the road. I am a licensed/bonded AZ auto dealer. . NOT by choice, but because here in the great state of AZ if you buy/sell more than 3 vehicles (of any kind) in any 12 month period, you have to get a license. I am in real estate, but also a classic car and Airstream nut, I also have a ranch, horses, trailers, etc. . let"s just say I bought and sold a few too many for the state"s liking, and due to the fact that they need revenue desperately- they decided to fine me when I sold a few more that what I"m "allowed", long story short- I jumped through all of their hoops and got my license several years ago.
Full payment is due within 7 days of the auction"s end, and the coach must be picked up within 15 days of payment (unless other arrangements have been made). Certified funds, cash in person or bank wire-transfer only. Payments MUST clear before the RV leaves my sight. There are no "title fees" or "doc fees" like the typical dealers have because as far as I can tell, that"s just a way to get an extra couple hundred dollars from someone, here in AZ it costs me $15.00 to get a temporary registration so that a buyer can drive home legally and $4.00 for a title, I think I can handle that. Please check my feedback, you"ll see that I don"t sell very many vehicles- but I do have 100% positive feedback on what I have sold over the years. I do NOT go to auctions and buy cars to sell, anything that I have sold or will sell either belonged to me or someone that I know or is a "consignment" type of sale. I have never liked most car dealers and am not all that thrilled to be "one of them".
* * This is a USED RV and is being sold as-is/where-is with no warranty expressed or implied . This RV is in great condition, but please be realistic- it is NOT a "brand new" coach - there will be little rock dings, and minor imperfections from normal use and going down the highway. This coach is VERY CLEAN and looks MUCH newer than its age. If you can"t make it here to see it in person, please call me and I can walk around it with you.
