Way easier to pull and maintain than a typical RV and built to last. Brand new 16ft cargo trailer converted to RV/camping trailer. Full AC/DC power with 30 amp service or the 200 amp hour lithium battery to go off grid. Electronics include inverter, converter, and auto transfer switch. It has air conditioning, pull out fridge, and a sink. It features a queen bed with barn doors underneath that can be used as storage or can fit another queen mattress. The entire bed can be taken down by hand easily to drive in a golf cart or just to use the trailer to haul stuff. There are four windows, front and back porch light, and a spare tire. The table and stools are included as well. We use a portable cassette toilet in a pop up tent when needed. No black water tank to worry about or lines needing to be winterized. Everything is brand new. It has only been used three nights on a short trip. The tires have about 500 miles on them is all. We used a small electric heater during the night which was more than enough. The walls and ceiling are insulated with 1 inch foam board as well as spray foam is the small cracks.
