Vehicle description

Beautiful 2002 Gulf Stream B Touring Cruiser (Model #5211B) - ONLY 22.5" front to rear! This coach is very clean, and has just over 86k miles on the Ford V-10. NON-Smoker owned, NO pets. This size is great for National Parks, State Parks, and smaller campgrounds, easy to park and maneuver. Excellent for vacations or traveling workers, fits in a standard parking spot- would be GREAT to take to the beaches as well. Comes equipped with rear receiver hitch and wiring for towing or a bike rack. Sleeps up to 4 with a sofa-sleeper and the dinette folds into a bed as well (see pics). Automatic/Power retracting entry steps, Upgraded AM/FM/CD/, LCD TV, DVD. Great kitchen space with beautiful hardwood cabinetry and a LOT of storage for such a small coach, 2-Way fridge, 3-Burner cooktop and microwave. "Onan MicroQuiet 4000" Generator with 635 hours, cold cabin and roof (ducted) AC, VERY comfy driver and passenger"s captain"s seats in gray "Ultraleather". I typically only deal with Airstreams, and am not generally impressed by other manufacturers, but this one really surprised me, definitely a quality built little rig, and they don"t make em" like this anymore. Really a very well designed class B, feels very open and larger than its 22" when you"re inside, lots of windows and natural light. Comes with its remotes, books, and manuals. Rear tires are "Westlake" Load Range E, replaced late 2018 (date code of 2018), Front/Drive tires are BFG All Season T/As replaced in 2018 as well (date code of 2017) and have only about 2500 miles on them. This little coach is ready to roll.

Please feel free to contact me any time at (Heather Anderson) if you have questions or would like to set up a time to come see the coach. I am located in Tucson, AZ not far off of I-10, easy to find, so come take a look, this little camper-van is worth the trip! If you happen to be in the market for an Airstream Trailer or a Hummer SUT, please click on the "See Other Items" link at the top/right on this page, and check out my other No Reserve auctions. * * * All hard surfaces of this coach have been cleaned and sanitized, and I run the Ozonator in anything that comes in for 24 hours as well, I always have, because I"m a bit OCD like that, now I"m even worse. I am happy to run it again prior to you picking it up if you have any concerns. You can Google what Ozone machines do to viruses, including the one we"re currently most concerned with. * * * I am a licensed/bonded AZ auto dealer . . NOT by choice, but because here in the great state of AZ if you buy/sell more than 3 vehicles (of any kind) in any 12 month period, you have to get a license. I am in real estate, but also a classic car and Airstream nut, I also have a ranch, horses, trailers, etc. . let"s just say I bought and sold a few too many for the state"s liking, and due to the fact that they need revenue desperately- they decided to fine me when I sold a few more that what I"m "allowed", long story short- I jumped through all of their hoops and got my license 14 years ago. Full payment is due within 7 days of the auction"s end, and the coach must be picked up within 15 days of payment (unless other arrangements have been made). Certified funds, cash in person or bank wire-transfer only. Payments MUST clear before the RV leaves my sight. There are no "title fees" or "doc fees" like the typical dealers have because as far as I can tell, that"s just a way to get an extra couple hundred dollars from someone, here in AZ it costs me $15.00 to get a temporary registration so that a buyer can drive home legally and $4.00 for a title, I think I can handle that. Please check my feedback, you"ll see that I don"t sell very many vehicles- but I do have 100% positive feedback on what I have sold over the years. I do NOT go to auctions and buy cars to sell, anything that I have sold or will sell either belonged to me or someone that I know or is a "consignment" type of sale. I have never liked most car dealers and am not all that thrilled to be "one of them". * * This is a USED RV and is being sold as-is/where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. This coach is in great condition, but please be realistic- it is NOT a "brand new" coach- there will be wear and tear, dings, chips, and other minor imperfections from normal use and going down the highway. This unit is very clean, but it is 19 years old, if you"re expecting a NEW RV, please buy one. If you can"t make it here to see it in person, please call me and I can walk around it with you. The awning is original and works fine, but the previous owners (very bright folks) put tape on a small rip. . tape and Tucson, AZ sun/heat do NOT mix well. The tape melted to the material, making it worse and now hard to open because there"s a bunch of sticky tape residue everywhere! It works, but would benefit greatly from new material on the awning. Exterior could use a good high-speed polish, my guys only had time to wash it, typical AZ sun-fade on the graphics and paint on the fiberglass, but presents well. Again, please call me with any questions or to come see it: 520-404-1975. I would welcome and recommend that you come see it or have a 3rd party inspection. I will make it available throughout the auction for any and all inspections, just call and we"ll set up a time. Please understand that the description is only my opinion, yours may be different, I have done my best to take many pictures and describe the RV to the best of my ability. Just remember, we all tend to look better in pictures than in person- that"s just the way it is. Due to concerns of fraud, if you"re paying via cashier"s check, it must clear my account before the RV/title leaves my sight. All customers who take delivery in Arizona will receive a receipt showing taxes paid in Arizona to avoid being double charged by their home state.
