Vehicle description

This truck was purchased from FTTECH in San Clemente, CA. Anyone who has watched their auctions on ebay in the past knows this is a certified original. I custom ordered this truck from them direct, as I was not a sucessful bidder through 9 separate auctions. Although the truck looks like a troop carrier, it started as an M931A2. This is the hard top version. The fifth wheel plate was removed. 4 feet was cut out of the middle of a troop carrier bed and welded back together. The weld joint can"t be seen, and all sides and tailgate drop and function properly. There has never been anything in the bed except people during parades. The truck came with 7 brand new Michellins, and are probably 95%+. Also had 4 new batteries. I have not diven this truck more than 1500 miles since purchasing in January of 2015, and most of them were driving it home from California. It has ALWAYS been in a heated building since I have owned it. Other custom features include 12 volt adapter in dash for phone chargers, GPS etc, a kill switch to the batteries to make it harder to steal, 2" receiver hitches front and rear for cradle winches ( the 12 volt hookups for the winches are also installed. Just plug them in!), and custom black rhino lining throughout ( inside and out ). The CTIS has been removed purposly. According to FTTECH, it is problematic and nobody knows how to work on it. I can"t imagine folks who have it use it. I believe it is "gimmicky" in a non military world. Because it is a 931, it has two 50 gallon fuel tanks and 2 side storage compartments. The batteries are located under the passenger bench seat. I could go through all the standard features of the M Series trucks, but I"ll assume you already know whatthey are. Obviously the A2 deignates it as turbocharged. I am confident in saying you will not find a cleaner, sraighter unit for sale. Look all you want at the cheaper trucks advertised. Most of them need some TLC. This one is already done! Has clean Colorado title. No CDL required. Getting title transferred from the Government was a total pain, lengthy and expensive! Not an easy task in this state. Pleae feel free to call 970-729-3555 for any questions, or email [email protected]. Thanks for looking.
