You are bidding on a 1999 Blue Bird TC2000 School Bus. This bus has a Cummins 5.9L Engine with just over 116,000 miles and an Allison AT545 Transmission. There are 2 under-bus storage compartments, each measuring 97”x27”x22” and each with 2 access doors. We have installed keyed locks on all compartment doors, including the battery compartment and the fuel door. Both the front and rear doors have house entry locks installed. The windows are tinted to reduce heat buildup inside the bus. This bus also has two brand new batteries!
This bus is Ready-To-Build into a Skoolie (School bus conversion/Tiny Home) or Party Bus ! A clean slate with most of the dirty work already done! We have taken out the seats, flooring, subfloor and heaters, and closed and sealed the coolant loop. We gave it a good cleaning, sealed up holes, applied Ospho rust converter and painted the floor with Rustoleum. We left the switches and wiring in for the heaters in case you want to repurpose them.
There is a crack in the windshield running diagonally through the driver’s side glass (see photo). Also, there is a very small dent on the passenger-side rear exterior corner of the bus. The damage is cosmetic but otherwise does not affect the bus mechanically (see last 4 photos).
