R unning condition 1995 Blue Bird TC2000 model motor coach bus. Please read this entire ad before bidding.
Several people have come to visit and drive this bus and found that what is written in this ad is true but were NOT serious buyers for they just wanted to drive it. Please do not waste our time if you are not going to purchase this bus. We are selling it below market value to make room for it"s replacement which is due to arrive within 2 weeks. We have found that other buses same year, make and model and with higher mileage are selling between $8,000 to $12,000 we are only selling it for $5,500.00
This bus has the following:
41 no odor or rips gray cloth seats with arm rest, a diesel Cummins engine with a fuel tank that holds 100 gallons, automatic transmission that shifts smooth, all 6 tires are in excellent condition and have at least 80% of tread left, no broken glass, excellent heat, A/C needs charging, restroom with vent/fan no sink, 6 TV monitors, air brakes, one roof emergency hatch with fan, rubber gray floor, Pioneer AM/FM radio with CD player, storage space above seats and behind the rear seats.
We purchased this bus from a church on 4-30-2015 with 227,185 miles on it and today it has 231,928 miles on it and still runs great with no engine issues . The previous owner put a wrap on the bus in which you can see in the pictures that in some spots it has began to pill. There are some rust spots around the fenders but nothing major. This bus takes off slow for safety but will max out close to or at 85 MPH on level ground. Since this bus has been in our fleet, we"ve put just under 5,000 miles on it and have had no issues with it.
We never used the restroom on this bus but we did put a locking door knob on it to keep passengers from using it because we did not want the hassle of cleaning and maintaining it however we did clean out the cob webs and emptied the septic tank since it was used by it"s previous owner. The video system does not work because the previous owner replaced the radio with the one that"s in it now and disconnected the video system but the monitors are still in the bus as you can see in the pictures. The 1st large luggage compartment on the driver"s side has a hole in the bottom of it and needs to be reinforced underneath but we haven"t had the need to use any of the carpeted luggage compartments on the bus.
