You’re bidding on a 2001 Bigfoot truck camper, model 25C8.11B. We purchased on Ebay in 2006 from previous owner in So. California. During the 15 years we’ve owned it, it has been parked under a pole barn, and extensively improved. When we got it, it needed some repairs and maintenance, including sealing some accessories to stop leakage. Thankfully, it had been in an area with infrequent rain, and covered, so we do not believe long term damage has occurred.
Bigfoot campers are true 4 season campers, with fully heated tanks, double pane windows, and great insulation. Wet bath. Comes with timbers and steel “saw horses” for storage off truck, and a bed riser. 2015 Chevy 3500 requires a riser in the bed due to a change in the shape of the newer truck bed; the tailgate must be temporarily removed.This camper must be mounted on at leaset a ¾ ton truck short bed (6.5 ft), and secured with frame mounted tiedowns. Rear air bags are recommended. We now have a 1 ton 2015 Chevy crew cab LTZ 4WD diesel 3500 single rear wheel, with air bags and frame mounted tiedowns. We originally had a 2006 ¾ ton Chevy diesel, which was adequate. Please note the truck is NOT for sale in this offering. We are offering the cargo trailer, which allows the truck & camper to be a superb “toy hauler”. The cargo trailer will be an extra $2000. This offer to sell is made for USA lower 48 states only!
