No ADs Annual due: September 2019 Useful Load: 950 lbs. All logs/records since new Exterior: White with Red and Blue accents. Paint average condition. Glass is in good condition. One piece windshield Interior: Brown leather seats/ side panels. Excellent headliner. Overall good condition. 4-place intercom system. Reading lights, fresh air cabin fan, fire extinguisher. Dual PTT buttons on yoke, dual king radios, Garmin moving map, Century 2 auto pilot heading or GPS. No alt hold. There was a prop strike in 2010. No damage to the firewall or airframe. Engine removed and top end rebuilt by Lycoming factory, where the engine was last rebuilt. New prop installed. The previous lady that owned her dealt with Lycoming direct. So in reality it has a new top end 500 hours ago. I encourage anyone that is interested to come inspect the logs and take a look at the airplane. I reserve the right to pull this item from ebay as I have it listed locally.
