The rv has a little over 102,000 miles on it and is extremely reliable and comfortable to drive. The CAT 300 and Allison Transmission are a nice pair and this thing will get you up over ridges and mountains with ease. It is sitting on six brand new tires with a fresh alignment. It drives nice and straight down the road and gets around 10 mpg on the highway. It has a 90 gallon fuel tank with the fill cap just outside the driver"s window. This makes it nice and easy to line-up while getting fuel. It has a 100 gallon freshwater tank and a grey and black tank as well. It has a 6-gallon propane water heater that heats the water up very quickly. There are many new parts on this RV and I have documentation for everything. The only thing that could be replaced is the interior ceiling carpet due to a small leak from the skylight. I may even have that fixed. I have been told steam cleaning will remedy it. It has since been replaced and I have the documentation for the shop that did it. They also resealed the other roof seals with lap sealant. This RV is also equipped with an inverter/converter. Everything works on the RV as it should and it always gets lots of looks when we are on the road or at an RV park. It is a 1997 and has a few minor imperfections but certainly nothing out of the norm for a vehicle of this age. It does have a receiver and wiring harness for towing but I have never towed with it.
Features Electronic entry steps (2) rooftop air conditioners Built-in cutting board Awnings all around the RV Manual air antenna Flatscreen TV above driver"s area Tons of storages! Wardrobe Solar panels on roof Convection over 3-burner cooktop PAC brake Heated mirrors Tri-Pod leveling system
This is an awesome old school - aluminum body coach with no slides to be concerned with! The 30 foot Safari pushers are getting harder and harder to find and are ideal for space and getting in of tight campgrounds and state parks. The generator has a little over 300 hours and the engine has a little over 102,000 miles. Look up about these RV"s and you will see they truly were built to last! We spent a lot of money getting this RV serviced and ready to roll down the road. Our price is firm and it is also listed locally so we reserve the right to end the sale at any time. If you have any questions please let me know and I will do my best to answer them!
