Vehicle description
This 2018 Audi R8 LMS GT4 is set up for SRO Spec racing and would qualify for IMSA with a couple slight changes or track it at your favorite track in a track day or SCCA / NASA events and be the show stopper . It competed in the 2019 GT4 America series under the care of Rearden Racing. This car has multiple class and overall wins in the 208,19 championship. We purchased the car in the beginning half of 2020 with intentions on running in the 2021 GT4 America Series. Our plans have changed and we had to going a different direction.
We did three test days with the car at Inde Motorsports Ranch in AZ and absolutely fell in love with the car. We decided to refresh the motor for the 2021 season so it was sent back to Audi Sport where it was fully rebuilt and dyno tuned to meet SRO specs. The new motor has probably 2-3 hours of running time but no track time. It is a very advanced car with multi adjustable including abs brakes, traction settings and yes A/C . The car has a brand new Motech ECU system, SRO communication system and updated AIM system.
Parts that we have replaced include:
Engine
Oil cooler
Headers
Air jack
Motech
Communication system AIM system
The car comes with the wheels and tires that are on it. We have 2 additional sets of wheels with brand new sticker Pirellis already mounted available for purchase. The car has an aggressive red and black wrap but can be removed to the factory silver underneath. For serious buyer we good arrange a test drive at a AZ track so you can feel the advanced engineering of this amazing machine.
